Dr. Mathieu uses her 3Ms Push Past 10 Motivation Strategy to help people move beyond simply knowing what they should do and learn how to actually follow through. Her approach creates a safe, judgment-free space where nutrition education, healthy habits, motivation, and personal wellness come together.
